PATIENT BACKGROUND: This 40 something year old is 5′ 2″ and weighs 139 pounds. 20+ years ago this delightful woman underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with another physician. Over the years, however, she felt that her breasts may have encapsulated and drooped over time. She was very self-conscious about her breasts and would not have imagined going without a bra. She consulted Dr. Mariotti to discuss a  Breast Augmentation Revision . Her wish was to have slightly larger and perkier more symmetric breasts.
To give her the look she desired, Dr. Mariotti suggested they are replaced with the new silicone implants (vs. saline) with a revised breast lift to get rid of some of the extra skin and looseness of her breasts.
