This 55 year old lady from Walnut Creek had her original breast augmentation 30 years prior. Â Back then it was common to have them placed on top of the muscle. Â After having 3 children and gaining and losing weight, her natural breast tissue began to droop off of the implants. Â When her implant started to become hard, she sought our Dr Mariotti, who is known for breast augmentation revision. She no longer wished to have implants so the reccomended procedure was to remove her old and ruptured, silicone gel implants and simply do a breast lift. Â She does not have as much upper fullness, but she loves that her breasts are perky and soft.
