PATIENT BACKGROUND: This delightful mother is in her mid 30’s and has consulted Dr. Mariotti and is looking for a revision of her breast augmentation as well as body contouring surgery. She had her original augmentation in 2005 with saline implants placed under the muscle. She had 2 children since then, both of whom she breast-fed. She feels as though her areolas have enlarged and her breasts have drooped off of the implants. She is hoping for perkier, more youthful-appearing breasts. With her pregnancies, she gained up to the 200 pound mark and, through diet and exercise, has lost all of it, plus more. However, she has been unable to get rid of the loose skin of her abdomen. She is hoping to achieve a figure closer to what she had prior to her pregnancies.

OUTCOME: The after photos were taken a little over a year post op. What a difference! She simply looks amazing.
