PATIENT BACKGROUND: This active 36-year-old woman has consulted Dr. Mariotti regarding a Mommy Makeover. She is active and fit, but after having 4 children she has been unable to tighten skin of her abdomen. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. Also, she is currently a 34 C-cup but prior to her four pregnancies, she was a perky C-cup, or D-cup. She wants more volume, as well as upper pole fullness, while at the same time avoiding that overdone appearance. She is hoping to achieve some of the figure she had prior to her pregnancies.
PROCEDURE:
FOLLOWUP/OUTCOME: 4 days after surgery and she is not only feeling good but  is looking really good so soon after surgery. Both her breast and abdomen incisions are healing nicely. 1 month after surgery and the results are really starting to take shape. 3 months on the after photos were taken and she is thrilled with the results. Wouldn’t you be too?
