PATIENT BACKGROUND: This woman, in her 60s, consulted Dr. Mariotti regarding a revision of a previous face lift. Her original facelift was done in 2001 by another physician. At the time she was very pleased with the results, but over the last 15 years she feels that the results are not as good as they once were. What bothered her the most was the sagging skin on her lower face including her neck.

FOLLOWUP/OUTCOME: At her 3 month post op she was already “thrilled with the results”.
