PATIENT BACKGROUND: This 43 year-old female consulted Dr. Mariotti for breast reduction surgery. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 140 lbs. With her heavy breasts, she had developed severe shoulder strap grooving), shoulder and neck pain, as well as upper back pain, headaches, and poor posture.   She struggles with weight gain because it was so incredibly difficult for to exercise due to the size of her breasts

PROCEDURE(S):

  • Breast Reduction

OUTCOME: One year post op when these photos were taken and she looks just fantastic.  She truly feels transformed.
