PATIENT BACKGROUND: This energetic woman in her late 40’s has recently lost 105 pounds! Not unlike most people after Major Weight Loss, after all the hard work she has been left with sagging skin. She came to see Dr. Mariotti for an upper arm lift.
PROCEDURE:
Bilateral brachioplasties
FOLLOWUP/OUTCOME: 2 days after the procedure and there is a resolving bruising as expected and her incisions look great. 3 weeks out and her arms look remarkable for such little time after surgery. At her 3 month post op visit she is “extremely happy” with her results and “can’t wait to wear sleeveless tops again”!
