PATIENT SUMMARY: This 35-year-old female interested in breast surgery.  She is currently a 34 A-cup, or B-cup, would like to go up to something in the C-cup range.  She has had two children whom she breast-fed. She wants more volume, as well as upper pole fullness, while at the same time avoiding that overdone appearance.

 

PROCEDURE(S):

Breast augmentation (375 high profile cc implants)

 

OUTCOME:

3 months post op and her results could not be better.  She is over the moon.
