PATIENT BACKGROUND: This striking 30-year-old female interested in a Mommy Makeover and consulted Dr. Mariotti in his Concord office. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. Following her 3 pregnancies, she has been unable to get rid of the loose skin and fullness of her mid and lower abdomen. She also wishes to have a breast lift and augmentation to achieve more upper pole fullness. She doesn’t want to be a lot larger, just wants to regain some of the upper fullness she lost with pregnancies and breast-feeding.
PROCEDURE:
FOLLOW UP/OUTCOME: 5 days post op and she is healing well. She has been doing her implant displacement exercises as advised and has taken minimal pain medication! At 5 weeks she looks absolutely fantastic. Her breast size has increased from a C to a full D cup and her abdomen looks great. 3 months on and she really couldn’t look any better than she does now. Wow.
