This patient underwent a laparoscopic RNY gastric bypass and subsequently lost 140lb weight loss. In addition to a tummy tuck, she had an arm lift, as well as a breast lift. She was not interested in implants, but did want her breasts to be more perky. Before the surgery, she was wearing a DD cup bra, and after the lift, she became a perky C-cup.
