Augmentation and lift. Breast augmentation mastopexy. This is a 31 y.o. mother of two who is 5'2" and weighs 118lbs. She was a D-cup, but felt that her breasts had deflated after pregnancy. In addition to wanting her breast larger and perkier, she wanted more upper fullness. She went from a D-cup to a 34 full D-Cup.
