Breast Reconstruction. This lady had underwent bilateral mastectomies and radiation for breast cancer of the left breast. At the completion of her radiation treatment, her skin was too damaged for implant reconstruction, so Dr. Mariotti advised her regarding a bilateral TRAM flap (abdominal flap). Following this surgery, she went on to have both nipples reconstructed, followed by tattooing of her areolas in order to complete the process
