Breast reconstruction. This lady had had a right mastectomy for breast cancer and decided on a mastectomy on the other side at the same time. After the mastectomy, Dr Mariotti placed a breast expander, then eventually removed that and replaced it with a silicone gel implant. Although she declined a nipple reconstruction, she did go on to have the tattoo with Dr. Mariotti which made her reconstruction look much more like breasts.
