Breast Reduction. She had had 3 children. Although she was a D cup before her first pregnancy, after her third child she was a DDD cup. In addition to the size of her breasts, she was suffering from the weight of her breast, which were giving her backaches, neckaches and shoulder grooving from her bra straps. Eventually, after the surgery, she was a full D-cup.
