This patient underwent a laparoscopic RNY gastric bypass and lost 200 lbs! She had developed a very large hernia. At the same time as the hernia repair, Dr. Mariotti removed about 20 lbs of skin and excess fat from her abdomen. Since she had two up and down scars from her previous surgeries, Dr. Mariotti performed a Fluer-de-Lis abdominoplasty.
