This patient underwent a laparoscopic RNY gastric bypass and had a 130 lb weight loss. In addition to a breast lift, she had a tummy tuck. Because she already had a vertical scar from her bypass many years ago, Dr. Mariotti performed a Fluer-de-Lis tummy tuck where skin is not only pulled downwards, but also inwards. This type of tummy tuck is usually reserved for someone who already has an up and down abdominal scar.
