This patient underwent a laparoscopic RNY gastric bypass and lost 122 lbs. She wanted not only to have her stomach flatter, she wanted the extra skin on her hips and thighs removed. She underwent a belt lipectomy which removed skin circumferentially around her midsection, also known as a lower body lift.
