This patient underwent a laparoscopic RNY gastric bypass and lost 120 lbs. Her main concerns were her arms and breasts. With Dr. Mariotti's recommendation, she underwent a breast lift and brachioplasty at the same time. Dr. Mariotti suggested that she allow him to connect the breast scares with the arm scars. In doing so, he was able to remove much of the loose skin under the armpits (bra roll), to give this area a much tighter appearance at the same time.
