Payment Plans & Options
Payment for our cosmetic surgery and skin rejuvenation procedures is due in advance. Payment for injectables is due the day of treatment.
We provide a number of payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your wishes.
- Cash or Check: Personal check, cashier's check, or cash.
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Patient Payment Plans
We work with multiple lenders and offer a number of patient financing options. Before you apply, we encourage you to speak to one of our Patient Care Coordinators.
When you are ready to apply, select a lender below. You will then select your doctor and complete the application. You will also have the opportunity to apply with the other lenders.
We offer No-Interest (same as cash) payment plans for up to 12 months. We also offer extended payment plans for 24, 36 or 48 months with varying rates of interest depending upon your credit history. Here is more information regarding the lenders that we work with:
CareCredit
With CareCredit financing, there are no up-front costs and no pre-payment penalties.
- CareCredit covers operations anywhere from $1,000 to $25,000
- We provide CareCredit No-Interest Payment Plans for 6 and 12 months, as well as Extended Payment Plans for 24 months or 36 months. Interest rates start at 14.9% for the extended payment plans.
ChaseHealthAdvance
Patients can apply for surgical financing up to $12,000. We offer a No-Interest Payment Plan for 12 months (if paid in full within the promotional period).
We also offer Extended Payment Plans for 24, 36 and 48 months with a fixed interest rate of 14.99%, depending on the credit history of the applicant.
